About Lukas
Lukas Stamenkoski co-founded Sidetracked Day with Nikola and Roy and studies at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He has been building products and projects since he was a teenager. He writes the Sidetracked Day blog, which covers how to study for university exams: active recall, spaced repetition, study planning and exam preparation.
The guides are written from a student's point of view and are based on learning research, which each article links to where it makes a research claim. Lukas still studies with the product himself, and the blog explains the same methods Sidetracked Day uses to plan study sessions.
